Before joining Invest Bank, Rakan served as Head of Legal, GB & CB MENAP at Standard Chartered, where he led high-impact legal strategies that supported institutional transformation and operational resilience across multiple markets. His career also includes notable roles at Al Tamimi & Company and HSBC Middle East, where he deepened his knowledge of regional regulations and global best practices.
Recognized as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, Rakan has consistently guided organizations through periods of change, helping them navigate risk, maintain compliance and unlock long-term value with clarity and precision.
