6. Use of Name, Logo & Materials

Applicants may only use the Leaders Icons Award name, logo, or badge in accordance with official brand usage guidelines.

Where application, processing, or participation fees apply:
- All fees are strictly non-refundable and are classified as administrative fees, as they are associated with service operational costs and application review procedures.
- Payment of fees does not influence, affect, or guarantee any evaluation outcomes.
8. Confidentiality
All non-public information submitted will be treated as confidential and used solely for award-related purposes, subject to the Privacy Policy. Evaluation panel members and partners are bound by confidentiality obligations.
9. Disqualification
The Leaders Icons Award reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if:
- Information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete
- There is evidence of unethical, illegal, or reputationally damaging conduct
- The applicant breaches these Terms & Conditions
10. Limitation of Liability
The Leaders Icons Award shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Award, including non-selection or withdrawal of recognition.
